Save Gemini work. Review it. Share it deliberately.

Start with a Free export and check the generated file. Move to Pro when you need selected messages, combined documents, professional templates, or encrypted device sync.

Troubleshoot

Common problems

Quick checks for frequent export, Library, and Pro issues.

The popup cannot find the conversation

Open a supported Gemini or Google AI Studio conversation, wait for visible messages, then select Retry. Use page diagnostics if the status still says the page is unsupported.

Older messages are missing

Return to the conversation and load or scroll through older turns before exporting. Long conversations can contain content that Gemini has not rendered into the page yet.

An export fails

Retry once, then choose a simpler scope or format. Failed file exports do not consume the Free daily allowance. Reload the page if diagnostics show the content script is unavailable.

Code, tables, maths, or images look incomplete

Review the local completeness check and PDF preview. For protected images, keep the Gemini tab active and retry from the browser toolbar icon when prompted so the browser can grant capture access. Some rich or dynamically rendered content still needs manual review.

Free export allowance is exhausted

Free provides 5 successful file exports per day. Clipboard remains available; wait for the shown reset time or choose Pro for unlimited exports.

Pro does not appear after purchase

Reopen the extension first. If this is another browser profile, use Restore Purchase and the six-digit email code. Check the illustrated Activate page for the complete journey.

The encrypted Library cannot be opened

Confirm the exact passphrase used when the copy was uploaded. The passphrase never leaves the device and cannot be recovered by support.

Still stuck?

Include the failed step, browser, extension version, screenshot, and support device ID when relevant. Never send conversation content, passwords, license keys, or sync passphrases.
